Open Settings › Billing and press Manage billing. It opens Stripe's billing page, where you change your card, see your invoices, and update your billing name, address and tax ID. Only owners and admins can see Billing.

Change your card
- Open Settings › Billing.
- Press Manage billing.
- On Stripe's page, add the new card.
- Stripe's page takes you back to Billing, which shows the card on your plan by its brand and last four digits.
Manage billing shows while your plan is running, during your trial and while it's paused. Before your plan starts, and after it ends, there's no card to change. To add a card during your trial, see How the free trial works.
When a payment doesn't go through
If Stripe can't charge your card, a bar at the top of every page says "We couldn’t charge your card. Work keeps running while we try again." Billing marks your plan Payment failed and names the card. Press Update card: it opens Stripe's card form straight away, then brings you back to Billing.
Teammates who aren't owners or admins see the bar without the button.
Invoices
Once you've paid something, Billing lists your Invoices: up to your last 12 bills, each with its date, amount and Paid, Due or Failed. Press one to open Stripe's page for it, with its receipt and a PDF. A trial that cost nothing has no invoice.
Manage billing shows the same invoices on Stripe's page.
Tax, and who sells it to you
Stripe sells CitedSEO to you as the merchant of record, through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe's checkout collects your name and address, works out any sales tax or VAT that applies, and adds it to your bill. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe also handles payment disputes.
To add your company's tax ID, or change your billing name or address, press Manage billing and update them on Stripe's page.
Note: Stripe's page doesn't change how many sites you pay for, or cancel your plan. Add, pause or remove sites in CitedSEO (What you pay per site), and cancel in Billing (Cancel, and get your money back).
