Invite your team

In Settings › Team, press Invite, enter their email, pick a role and, for a member, which sites they see, then press Send invite. They get an email to join, and its link works for 7 days. Teammates don't change your bill: you pay for each site, not each person.

Only owners and admins can see Team.

Roles

Every site, or just some

Owners and admins see every site. For a member, you choose:

• All sites: every site in your account, including sites added later.
• Just these: only the sites you tick, like a client who sees only their own.

Accepting an invite

The email is titled "Join … on CitedSEO", with an Accept invitation button. It opens a page saying who invited them, their role and which sites they'll see, with Accept invite and Decline. They sign in first, with Google or a code, using the address the invite went to; only that address can accept it.

If they sign in with another address, the page says "We couldn’t find that invite". After 7 days it says "This invite has expired": send a new one.

Invites waiting

Until someone joins, their invite shows under Invites with their role, sites and when it was sent. Resend sends the email again, and Cancel invite takes it back.

Change what someone can do

Each person's row in Members has their role and, for a member, a button naming their sites.

• Pick Admin or Member to change their role. An admin sees every site.
• Press a member's sites to choose All sites or Just these, then Save.
• Press the bin icon to remove someone. They lose access straight away.
